Upstate Photo Collection-South Carolina
This is our Upstate Photo collection. There is the old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words." We can tell you about the beauty of the Upstate of South Carolina but these photos are much more eloquent. They are from the various upstate counties of Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg, Laurens, Oconee, and Pickens. Some are from official websites and some are our own personal photos. Contributions are welcome and we will be glad to add your favorite Upstate South Carolina pictures.

State Parks and Recreation or the National Park Services. Trails are marked and most areas offer camping facilities.
Numerous lakes offer outdoor recreation opportunities. Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, and Lake Jocasse are the major lakes in the region with some of the best boating, fishing, and just plain relaxing to be found anywhere.
